• The manufacturer and seller disclaim any liability for misuse, improper installation, or use outside the permitted scope described herein.

• For closed-course racing, off-road competition, or private property operation only.
• Not certified or tested for emissions, safety, or noise regulations applicable to street-legal vehicles.

2. You agree to use the product only in authorized off-road or racing environments.
3. You release the manufacturer and seller from responsibility for any damages, legal consequences, or warranty issues arising from misuse.
